Bookings & Payments
All group courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Spaces are limited and cannot be held without payment. All bookings are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless a session is cancelled by All About Agility.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a session, your place cannot be refunded or moved to another course. Missed sessions cannot be made up elsewhere. If All About Agility needs to cancel due to weather, venue issues, or instructor illness, an alternative date will be offered.

Dog Health & Suitability
Dogs must be fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations or titre testing. Dogs showing signs of illness (including coughing, vomiting, or diarrhoea) must not attend. Bitches in season may be able to attend group courses — please contact us as soon as possible.

Handler Responsibilities
Handlers are responsible for supervising their dog at all times. Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise. Please respect other dogs’ space and avoid on‑lead greetings. Handlers are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to equipment, property, or other dogs.

Training Approach
All About Agility uses positive, reward‑based training methods. Harsh handling or punitive techniques will not be tolerated. Please follow the instructor’s guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Weather & Venue Conditions
Outdoor sessions may continue in light rain but will be cancelled if conditions become unsafe. Indoor venues may have specific rules (e.g., no muddy shoes, dogs on lead in car parks). Please follow all venue instructions.

Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during training for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us before your course begins.

Liability
All About Agility accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to dogs, handlers, or property during training. By booking, you agree to take part at your own risk and ensure your dog is covered by appropriate insurance.
